This prohibition can be called as a form of infringing his right for free speech. The current US society model for men, women, and gender expressions is mostly bad for men (regardless of sexual orientation) who want to express their feminine traits, because the society gives them psychological stress in “keeping it in” and the society also infringes on their right to express themselves.
